Hate veggies?

You already know that getting enough of the right vitamins, minerals and nutrients everyday is key to greater health, energy and longevity......but did you know it also help keep your appetite under control which leads to faster fat loss? It's a FACT. On top of this, our bodies are being INVADED every single day by harmful chemicals from a variety of regular household items (cleaning supplies, cosmetics, plastics, etc.) called xenoestrogens. If you're not eating enough of the right nutrient rich foods like veggies, Xenoestrogens can produce all kinds of nasty side-effects, including:-disruption of both male and female hormone balance-increased risk of disease including cancer-higher chance of storing body fat, including (specifically) stomach flab!

Now, what's really cool is besides being full of the health promoting nutrients your body needs, certain types of veggies can actually combat these xenoestrogens. These include broccoli, cauliflower, kale, and cabbage, just to name a few (known as cruciferous veggies).

But what if you just don't like green veggies? Besides it being a constant challenge everyday to eat enough of these little buggers, I know lots of our readers simply don't like eating them. That's why I was so pleased to see my pal Timothy Ferriss (of '4 Hour Workweek and 4 Hour Body' fame) talk about one of his 'secret weapons' called 'Athletic Greens' to fight this problem......and fight more stubborn flab like belly fat in the process! What is 'Athletic Greens'?Tim Ferriss says it best:"…This is my all-in-one greens insurance policy. It contains 76 ingredients, including inulin for bacterial balance [in the digestive tract] "Athletic Greens is a 100% natural "whole food sourced" all-in-one drink mix that replaces multi-vitamins, green drinks, fiber drinks, and more......formulated by research doctorates and nutritionists with a 60 years' combined experimental and clinical experience. That's all fine and good, but does it actually work in the real world for normal people who struggle to eat enough green veggies every day?
